“Not only did Wendy ‘save the day’ by taking in our two sight hounds at short notice, it was clear that she made every effort to make them comfortable, loved, and welcome in her own home. Our dogs are ageing and had never been left with anyone but immediate family before, so we were anxious about leaving them for 6 days in unfamiliar surroundings, but from the start it was obvious that Wendy has a real rapport and genuine love for the dogs in her care. Her daily pictures and videos on Facebook and Instagram of our dogs content and safe meant any concerns quickly dissolved, and we were free to really enjoy our time away. Without any qualms whatsoever, we will be leaving them with her again during our next trip knowing they will be comfortable, happy and truly well-cared for.”

“Our pup, Elvis, spent a few days/nights with Wendy while we went on holiday in Spain. I knew that Elvis would be in good hands after visiting Wendy’s home, meeting her and her dog, Sid (who Elvis adored) and seeing her amazing outdoor space overlooking the Downs. Wendy did a great job looking after little Elvis (who can be a handful!) while we were away and kept us updated with pics and videos. I was pleased that Elvis was the perfect house guest and received a gold star from Wendy – she also received a gold star from us! “Being a worrywart, I was dreading leaving my little Romanian Rescue dog for a week (the first time I had left her for more than a few hours). What did I have to worry about! From the first minute Wendy (also the name of my dog!) and her new family got on like a house on fire. In fact, Wendy took such good care of her I felt a little bad taking her home at the end of the week! It’s clear Wendy loves what she does and adores her four-legged charges. The quality of service is second to none (and the daily picture updates are a brilliant add-on!). I’m pretty sure Wendy (the dog) can’t wait for me to go away again so she can get back with the wonderful Sid and the crew. A highly recommended boarding service. Five stars.”

She takes the drama out of the worry that you can feel by leaving your furby for a holiday break and nothing is ever too much fuss. If your fur baby has any specific needs or anything concerns you, she responds immediately and understands the priority needed by an owner when they have trusted someone to look after them. Lola actually lives with Wendy and her own dog when we are away and you cannot put a price on this, knowing that she is part of the household and treated just as she is when at home.
