The safety and well-being of our clients and ourselves is paramount. Based on the latest Public Health England guidelines we have put enhanced health and hygiene measures in place to ensure we aren’t cross-contaminating. But we will also need your help.

WHAT ARE WE DOING?

• We use a pet-friendly antibacterial solution to regularly clean down surfaces and floors at our premises
• We use anti-bacterial gel and wipes before and after collecting your pet (or welcoming them to our home if you deliver them).
• We use a pet-friendly antibacterial solution to wipe down your dog on arrival and when returning them to you after their dog walk, day care or dog boarding, or when you collect.
• We use a pet-friendly antibacterial solution to clean down each van crate before another dog uses it
• Our towels are replaced for each dog, and laundered accordingly
• Our van is regularly cleaned with pet-friendly antibacterial solution
• We use our own leads for each dog

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

• Wash dog collars and harnesses more frequently
• Maintain good general hygiene and cleanliness of your dog

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAVE TO SELF-ISOLATE OR TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID 19?

Whilst we realise the pressure this will put on you, we will be unable to take your dog for walks, or have them for day care or boarding, in order to keep ourselves and our other clients, safe. We will be able to resume dog walking, dog day care and dog boarding once you and everyone in your household have been given the all-clear from your doctor.
